nalbuphine

(Science: chemical) A narcotic used as a pain medication. It appears to be an agonist at kappa opioid receptors and an antagonist or partial agonist at mu opioid receptors.

Pharmacological action: analgesics, opioid, narcotic antagonists, narcotics.
