Calculating ATP

Oxidation of one molecule of acetyl coA is the one Krebs cycle. In one Krebs cycle, produce 3 NADH, 1FADH2, 1 GTP 1 NADH = 3 ATP x 3 1FADH2 = 2 ATP x 1 1GTP = 1ATP ______________ Total: 12 ATP U have three acetyl CoA = 3 x 12 ATP = 36 ATP http://www.ask4biology.com/biochemistry/respiration/
