The Fiber Disease

... heating device (Zeno) on any area that pops up. I think first line of defense is intact skin. Also exercise, steam and dry sauna. I also use mouthwash that is used for oncology patients that inhibits fungus. Please feel better.

Are you supposed to wash your mouth with water after you have used mouthwash? I don't want those chemicals inside my body... By washing your mouth with water, won't that take away the mouthwash too? Or do I have to wait a few minutes before I wash my mouth ...
