Results from our forumcontrast in the lake... is too much, the plants take all the nutrients for themselves so other living things have a hard time living there. I hope this makes sence! A mossy lake is no good because the moss takes over.

Re: Venus Fly Trap... Only plant in ground if you have the right soil. I just bought one myself, I live in the New Hampshire, Southern Maine area. The soil here is not mossy, moist soil.
