I need to bring over the cDNA in the electrophoresis gel to another lab tomorrow morning to spin it and send for sequencing. My question is, is it more stable and safe to run my cdna on gel today and store it in the gel form until tomorrow morning? OR should I leave ...

Late night metabolic second wind

... exhausted by 8 or 9pm every night. But by 11pm/12am, my energy picks up again and I can easily work, exercise, whatever, until 3 or 4 in the morning before I start feeling tired again. Any thoughts on what causes the second wind?
