Has anyone seen this before?

... 2/3 normal nucleus size, the other about 1/3. It was a surface epithelial cell, which are not supposed to divide, and this didn't look like a mitotic pair anyway. It looked like a nuclear deformity, but it wasn't one I'd ever heard of before, and I'd never seen a cheek cell look like this. ...
