Hint: F1 is heterozygous for Genetic Hypothesis 1; heterozygous/hemizygous for 2; and identical to F0 female line in 3. Thanks a mil, been searching everywhere for this answer! :)

... put it into every DNA microarray spot?) now, what's unclear to me is the Tiling array procedure. I understood we use more probes (300.000 up to 6 mil) tht cover all genome( maybe several times). what do I do next.. I try to hibridize all the cDNA seq? Thanks, Bogdan
