Results from our forumlux genes... be derived from the Agrobacterium tumefasciens Ti plasmid, and usually transfered by the bacterium (I do not have protocol) rather than with a microinjector.

microscopic tools... list that u cant afford. For what you are doing, just get a microscope and observe a seed, or a plant that is starting to sprout. and use your microinjector on the cells you can see.
