Results from our forumUnknown disease in Malaysia,1 of my friend infected.Pls Help... of oestrogen and progesterone inhibit FSH and LH production... this is how the contraceptive pill works... it contains an oestrogen hormone (mestranol) and a progestogen (norgesterel), which decrease production of FSH and LH... FSH causes the development of the follicle and LH causes ovulation... ...
