Results from our forumbrain tumour... not right. Brain tumors DO metastasize. But the fact is that the person usually dies before metastasis. Plus, some benign tumors in brain, such as meningioma (hope I remember its english name right), can metastasize too. This is what a neurosurgery professor said.
