... him. He purrs deeply and every minute or so will push his head into hand for just an instant. He feels the energy in my hand. I go into a sort of meditation mode, and I feel energy engulfing my upper body and channeling into him. This seems to happen especially when he has been torn up in a fight.

Diagnosis for Shakiness/Nervousness?

... with the panic attack - positive feedback loop. Have you had a brain scan? (just in case of neurological causes). Other than that, try yoga, meditation, etc. Personally, I'd say avoid tranquillisers etc - though that said, I know how nice beta-blockers are (!) and how nice diazapam is! Trouble ...

... takes you out of the dream zone. It takes a bit of practice, but eventually you will succeed. Just remember not to think to much, just like in meditation, thinking spoils the zone. Oh, & try to throw the blankets back down over the warm, fuzzy spot your leaving, so that when you go back ...
