damaging adipocytes

I was wondering can you lose weight if you massage,pinch or do any kind of mechanical damage to the fat tissue? my guess the adipocytes break off,or their fat breaks off into the bloodstream and thus draining the fat reserves more? thx for the ...

I have a similar response to certain sounds that others on this thread have mentioned. One person mentioned that it feels like a "brain massage" and I concur; that is the closest description I can come up with. I get a similar, but not quite the same, sensation when someone brushes ...
