Hi, Does anyone knows about any plant membrane marker, beside PI (propidium Iodine)? It has to be in a different color than red...

What kind of chemical biomarkers are you going to find in 2700m year old blue green algae? We can't do a dna profile with weeks old blood, yet we have this kind of chemical ...

... event separates them. This close physical association is why the polymorphism is called "disease associated". They can be used as markers for the disease if the cause of the disease is unknown.
