... as well as the cyclin-dependent kinases for those proteins (CDK-A, etc..)., For the second one, you should look at the associated proteins of the MTOC and centriole.

... Thus a chromatid is a single chromosome (which is observed at the end of anaphase/telophase as the attached spindle pulls it back toward the MTOC) that is tightly condensed (telomeres, centromere, and basically heterochromatin that is the chromosome: be it paternal or maternal).

Confusing Information in my Book

The tubulin construct the microtubule at the MTOC as i know And some MAP does effect on it and have the function of connect to other filaments but the "construt" ...
