lymphatic follicle, one of the spherical masses of lymphoid cells, frequently having a more lightly staining centre.

Tc go off to the inflamed tissue ... cells diferentiate into Th1 and Th2 and the Th2 migrate to the B cell follicle to activate B cells, while other Th2 and Th1 cells go to the tissuses. ...
