Results from our forumControlling dreams... a dream too. An interesting little tidbit: Artemesia (wormwood, sagebrush, mugwort) species have a compound that is purported to aid in lucid dreaming. Some people smoke it, some people drink it (absynth), and some people merely put the leaves in their pillows.

Is it possible to determ what you're going to dream about?I'm not talking about lucid dreaming (memorizing your dreams and then realize that it's just a dream). I want to know if you can determine the "topic" of your dream.
