The quantity which can be carried or drawn in some specified way; the contents of a cart, barrow, or vessel; that which will constitute a cargo; lading. 3. Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... causes electrolytes to drop support this claim. And my idea of fasting is juicing: fresh fruit and vegetables put thru a juicer (containing loads of potassium, sodium, calcium, phytonutrients, fructose, and many other nutrients - not just electrolytes). Well that is hardly fasting, is it? ...
