(Science: botany) The seeds of flax, from which linseed oil is obtained.

alternative forms: lintseed] linseed cake, the solid mass or cake which remains when oil is expressed. Linseed meal, linseed cake reduced to powder. Linseed oil, oil obtained by pressure from flaxseed.

Origin: oe. Lin flax _ seed. See Linen.

... just eat little about 3 times a day. I cannot eat anything white no bread, pasta, rice patatoes, they all bloat you up! loads of seeds and grains linseed is exellent for the bowels sprinkled on natural yoghurt and water is the KEY drink tonnes of water loads of water as much as you can a day really ...
