What is the most poisonous snake in da world?

... Supposedly its venom is so poisonous that it kills a man in five seconds, but you can survive if you amputate the bitten limb immediately. I'm pretty certain about this, because I heard that my friend's sister's aunt's hairdresser's dog read it from the Internet.
