AntibioticsWhy not simply look up the antibiotics in a textbook, it would explain what bacteria the antibiotics targets and how. Lots of textbooks (in libraries and online) have this info.

Is this Botany?... Thanks again for the reply, also does anyone know of any really good informative books I could read, possibly DVDs or websites that have online libraries that would help me out alot, seeing how it is I would be a complete beginner to the subject.

How fast does cDNA degrade at room temperature... aren't contaminated with nuclease, though I don't recommend it, either. If the cDNAs were just that, cDNA, then I assume they were meant to be libraries and you were trying to clone a gene from a library of some sort. Running the library on a gel probably won't tell you much as it will be a ...
