hi everybody how to construct a full length gene from partial length cDNAs available from sutracted cDNA libraries. What are the techniques involved in it. And suggest me some related websites, plz. thanks a lot in advance

Why not simply look up the antibiotics in a textbook, it would explain what bacteria the antibiotics targets and how. Lots of textbooks (in libraries and online) have this info.

If the cDNAs were just that, cDNA, then I assume they were meant to be libraries and you were trying to clone a gene from a library of some sort.
