Re: coat structure in white bean seeds

Unexpectedly , I saw such branched bundles planarly embedded in the thin leaflet just below the external seed surface. Why there? May be they have a role during imbibition. Thanks

... of membrane proteins cannot be changed My guess (b) my thoughts; (a) increasing fluidity will only affect its location at the non-cystolic leaflet (c) budding and fusing wont change the orientation, usually be maintained (d) then we dun need flippase im not sure whether b) is correct though
