please help about flowcytometry

Hello We recently have been bought partec space flowcytometer, but when we turn on UV laser and give cells, no signal have been seen in any parameters such as FSC, SSC, FLs. Would you please conducted me?

... That's 20-times less. However, you may be interested in the new one-molecule sequencing methods. And separation of chromosomes by dissection by laser is also nothing new.

Stem Cells

... it is a stem cell, then you can try staining it with fluorochrome-labeled antibodies for certain CD markers and check it out e.g. with a confocal laser microscope. Or if you have many cells, run them through a flow cytometer.
