amphioxus(or lancelet)Well, i drew some conclusions from wikipedia, her goes: They both have anus', blood systems, gill slits, regular reproductive organs i.e. gonads/testis and ovaries, a nervous system (except lancelets have their nerves branching from notocord.). there is prolly more, i hope i understood the question :(
