mycoplasma testing

... how often and what lines I need to test (we have fibroblasts and neuronal cultures). does anyone have a example of a protocol that is used in his lab of what specimens to test and at what point of the culture? If so, that would be realy helpful. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE, Revital.
