A shrub in Phyllanthaceae family popular in South Asia and Southeast Asia as a palatable leaf vegetable.


It is a shrub consisting of multiple upright stems that are about 2.5 m in height. Its leaves are oval, dark green in color and 5-6 cm long. It is one of the few floras containing vitamin K.
