K cells --> killer cells

Lymphocyte-like effector cells which mediate [[antibody-dependent Cell cytotoxicity]]. They kill antibody-coated target cells which they bind with their fc receptors.

Inserting cDNA into a retroviral vector?..

sure that it done on regular basis. ut depends what cells you want to insert it into, what vector to use, etc.

Inserting cDNA into a retroviral vector?..

... could I make the cDNA of the retrovirus using RT-PCR, then insert the cDNA of the gene into the vector, and later insert that vector into dividing cells of another organism? Theoretically, it's the retroviral cDNA that inserts itself into the host chromosomes, so maybe this would work?

I know in which part of the graph the cells are but I am not sure how to calculate the percentage because I understood that we have to subtract the autoflourescence ones from other graph.. something like that. It is very confusing!!
