Ivemarks syndrome

(Science: syndrome) a possibly heritable disorder in which organs of the left side of the body are a mirror image of their counterpart on the right side (e.g., normal asymmetry of the lungs is lost and the left lung has three lobes); splenic agenesis and cardiac malformations are associated.
