PolynculeationI have a culture of Mouse fibroblast cells. When I seed them on to a glass coverslip and observe them in an inverted microscope I see lots of cells with 2 or 3 nuclei and sometimes the nuclei appear to be enlarged. What is going on? Please help a lowly biophysicist. Thanks
