Dont understand what being asked to do?

... From what I can feel he is not asking for an essay just the plan of what I would put into the essay??? Does that mean he wants me to say in the intro I would mention ..... and in the body I would talk about..... and I would conclude with...... or does he want notes of what I want to put in. ...

Hi! I'm new. I just applied to an online bio masters program and will likely start in the spring. Looking at sample syllabi from last year, the intro class I'll be taking requires me to design a research project, complete with bibliography, budget, etc. I don't think we'll actually be doing the ...

... "article") mentioned in the first post is a complete joke. I bet the author doesn't have any of the academic degrees mentioned in the intro, because even a five-year-old child with half a brain could come up with more coherent article with better reasoning than what is in that text. ...
