Conversion of drug concentration from in vitro study to mice

... to a mouse is 150 mg/kg, how do I calculate an equivalent concentration to be given to ___ cells for viability assays? I plan to perform i.p. injections, although I am not sure if/how that would affect the answer. Thank you for your answers!
