(Science: haematology, virology) self limiting disorder of lymphoid tissue caused by infection with Epstein Barr virus (infectious mononucleosis). Characterised by the appearance of many large lymphoblasts in the circulation.

... simple curiosity ...... we call that disease mononucleoza infectioasa ( infectious mononucleosis - I think the term might be similar in english as well ) . Anyway viral disease ...
