LH... that will stop the production of LH. This occurs due to production of hCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) by the menstral lying as a result of implantation of the embryo... but the corpus luteum will still degenerate after ~6 weeks... After 6 week the placenta takes over production of progesterone...
