Iliacus minor

(Science: anatomy, muscle) The fibres of the iliacus arising from the anterior inferior iliac spine and inserted into the iliofemoral ligament, sometimes distinctly separate from the rest of the muscle.

Synonym: musculus iliacus minor, musculus iliocapsularis.
