Help me identify this human decease

Just my guess, but I think this man might be suffering from a T. Corporis infection (body fungal infection).. Whiteish skin color (hypopigmentation) is one characteristic of this condition. I would also check for flaky skin/ inflammation/ signs of ring worm. If its both legs, then that ...
