Liquid nitrogen... tissue many people use liquid nitrogen to grind the tissue to a fine powder. Do you know the other advantages of the use of liquid nitrogen during homogenization of i.e. grass shoot tissues? Is the liquid nitrogen protect the plant DNA from Dnase?
