Why do Africans have large noses and lips?

... both savanna plains and very dense jungle (rainforest) regions. Whenn it's really hot and humid or dry, larger noses and lips can help dissipate heat. Thus, I think may be climate is the main reason why African people (especially for those who mainly live in Africa) have larger noses and lips.
