handed is used in composition in the sense of having (such or so many) hands; as, bloody-handed; free-handed; heavy-handed; left-handed; single-handed.

Maybe if you've told us what samples are they. Number 6 and 7 look like rough ER and Golgi. That's part of my problem. I was handed the sheet and was told study these. No context was given as to where they are from or the magnification.
