Hallucinogen

A psychoactive drug that induces hallucinations or altered sensory experiences.Any drug that has hallucinogenic properties, causing the organism to ingest it to endure hallucinations.hallucinogen

(Science: pharmacology) a class of medications (for example LSD, marijuana, peyote, heroin, cocaine) that result in a distorted perception of reality. Often accompanied by hallucinations.
