(1) Being covered with hair, fur or hairlike projections.

(2) Consisting of or resembling hair.

noun

(genetics) A pair-rule gene whose pattern of expression occurs in characteristically seven stripes in Drosophila embryo in only after few hours of fertilization. Its expression is directly regulated by certain gap gene products, e.g. Krüppel.

It appears that reproductive problems from the fusion would require many generations of 48/47's before there were even 46's ...

Origin of Life

... killing his own brother, he married a woman definitely. Some people asked, "if we came from apes, how come that Adam and Eve weren't that hairy ? Now, would it be right to say that we did came from Adam and Eve or the other way around? Still human, however not being directly from them?
