How does Head To Head Telomere Fusion express itself?

... supporting proteins help in the process. After the process is done, the proteins are released and the cross over DNA is let loose to be a single strand, and then the condensing of the DNA into chromosomes begins. I don't know what proteins are found to help support a fusing of chromosomes, and ...

chromosome 2 replication.

... 2 (for any eukaryote, though it seems you're refering to humans) but... eukaryotic chromosomes have many origins of replication within the strands. the strands seperate at the origins and so many places along the strand are copied at the same time, which greatly speeds up the process of ...

Question for experts: Helicases

Can anyone explain to me how the helicase process in strand separation is possible as far as time? Are there several helicases taking each a portion of the DNA, or does one start at one end and split the entire strand? If the latter is the case, how ...
