Gulp

to swallow eagerly, or in large draughts; to swallow up; to take down at one swallow. He does not swallow, but he gulps it down. (Cowper) The old man . . . Glibly gulped down the whole narrative. (Fielding) to gulp up, to throw up from the stomach; to disgorge.

... 36 ATP molecules, while the one without oxegen forms only 2 ATP molecules and also produces some side products. this explains why many athletes gulp in air after they finish. The oxegen is needed to repay the "debt" created in cell repsiration (wit oxegen) also, to react wit the side products ...
