Griseofulvin

(Science: drug) griseofulvin is a fungicide which works by hindering mitosis, in particular by interfering with the spindle and halting chromosome movement during the anaphase stage of mitosis. The compound is produced by the fungus penicillium griseofulvum. It binds to keratin cells and makes them resistant to fungal infections by keratin-griseofulvin complex to apply its action. some possible side effects are dizziness, Diarrhea, fatigue and headache.
