(Science: haematology, immunology) When donated bone marrow infused during a bone marrow transplant is rejected by the patients body or does not take.

... to evaluate the function of T-cells, which are responsible for the graft rejection. Antibodies should be more straightforward to measure, probably with some ELISA system.

Cloning

... could be grown from stem cells but whole organs (or just pack of cells grafted on the old organ to patch damaged part) with no risk of graft rejection. But neurons could also be used to repair spinal chord when damaged in accidents.
