... or nonsense mutation to the chromosomes. so, because of these two mutations on the nitrogenous bases inside our DNA, it can cause autosome or gonosome mutation.

Syndrome

Hm, according to me, most syndrome happens because of mutation in the chromosomes. It can happen inside the Autosomes (22A) or Gonosome (XY). Is the harm effect of those syndromes is really that bad?(especially Down Syndrome).
