Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... $1,000 but insurance covered half. I found out i was allergic to about 20 different foods that didn't come up in a regular food allergy test. gluten,dairy,coconut,green peas, almonds, lima beans etc... I've taken these foods out of my diet and in 3 months bloating is totally gone and weight ...

Odd food poisoning-like symptoms, strange tastes... ailments is to really examine what you're putting into your bodies (food, water, etc.). Test different diets. Try the basics like lactose free, gluten free, etc, and then move on to more complex diets. Many people would be amazed how many different diets there are.
