Why dialyse DMEM before protein purification (Ni-Affinity)?

... casual DMEM (http://de-de.invitrogen.com/site/de/de/home/support/Product-Technical-Resources/media_formulation.170.html), with high glucose and L-Glutamin with 5% fetal calf serum and 5% penicillin/streptomycin. Or do you mean anything else?

... this simple method I solved all my problem of non attached cells. As Medium it is suggested to use F12:MEM 1:1, FCS(or FBS) 10%, Pen/Strep 2%, Glutamin 200mM, Na-pir 100mM. Hope to have been useful, have a good work!!
