Glottis vocalis --> intermembranous part of rima glottidis

The portion of the opening anterior to the vocal processes of the arytenoid cartilages bounded by the vocal ligaments.

Synonym: pars intermembranacea rimae glottidis, glottis vocalis, intermembranous part of glottic opening.
