... is completely broken down to CO2 and thus the formula is C6H12O6 + whatever -> 6 CO2 + whatsoever thus, if you know, how many moles is 180 g of Glc, you know, how many moles of CO2 will you get and thus how many grams you get

if it's in its native state, then it should be like oil > cellulose > starch > glycogen > Glc The reason, why I gave cellulose first (or just second after the oil) is, that it is well packed, so I would assume, it doesn't contain that much water as the other sugars ...

Glucose vs Fatty Acid in Energy

you're rigth, the carbons in Glc are already partly oxidized and thus the released energy will be smaller in both cases.
