1. (Science: anatomy) The vascular body which forms the apex of the penis, and the extremity of the clitoris.

2. (Science: botany) The acorn or mast of the oak and similar fruits.

3. (Science: medicine) goiter. A pessary.

well, a portion of clitoris is actually extrenal: the clitoral glans. Sorry, i should've clarified that.
