Embryo development

... reproduction the embryo remains attatched to the parent by a tube like extension. In animals it is the umbilical chord, while in plants it is the funicle. That's all i can think of right now

just some questions about plants..help

... is by looking at their scars. A fruit has 2 scars : 1. Scar of the fruit stalk 2. Scar of the remains of style A seed has 1 scar : 1. Scar of the funicle (where it was attached to the fruit)
